Golf cart questions we hear a lot
How much does a golf cart cost?
Right now new carts on our lot run $9,995 to $14,995. Most come with lithium batteries, and every cart on our inventory page shows its price and an estimated monthly payment. Price depends on brand, seating, battery and accessories.
What golf cart brands do you sell?
We're an authorized dealer for Atlas, Dach, Evolution, MadJax and TEKO. Our shop also services and upgrades other brands, including Club Car, E-Z-GO and Yamaha.
Are golf carts street legal in Texas?
Sometimes, and it depends on where you live. Texas law lets golf carts run on some roads posted 35 mph or less, such as inside a master-planned community, and many cities and counties set their own golf cart rules on top of that. Carts driven on public roads usually need a golf cart license plate from your county tax office. A low-speed vehicle (LSV) is different: it's titled, registered and insured like a car and can use roads posted 35 mph or less. Check your city's rules before you drive on the street, and ask us which carts on our lot are sold as LSVs.
Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?
We're at 10200 E Bankhead Hwy, Aledo, TX 76008 (hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday by appointment; Sunday closed). We serve Aledo and the towns around it, including Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Annetta, Annetta North, Annetta South, Weatherford, Fort Worth and Benbrook.
Can I finance a golf cart?
Yes. You can apply online with Sheffield Financial, Dealer Direct or Magwitch, or send us a few details and we'll call you with options. Financing is available on new and pre-owned carts.
Do you buy used golf carts or take trade-ins?
Yes. Tell us about your cart on our trade-in page and we'll send a written offer. You can take the cash or put it toward any cart on our lot.
